Return & Inspection Conditions

Physical & Hardware Inspection: Every returned machine undergoes a technical inspection upon arrival at our facility before any refund is authorized.

Included Contents: The product must be returned complete with all original parts, accessories, and components.

Exclusions from Refund: We reserve the right to decline a refund if the defect, fault, or damage is determined to be caused by customer mishandling, unauthorized tampering, or misuse.

Refund Issuance: Once the unit is received, inspected, and verified to meet return criteria, the refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.

24-Month Hardware Warranty

All qualifying devices come with a 24-month (2-year) limited warranty covering hardware malfunctions and defects.

Warranty Seal Integrity: The warranty seal placed on the unit must remain intact. Any device returned with a broken, removed, altered, or tampered warranty seal will void all warranty repair or replacement claims.

The warranty does not cover accidental drops, liquid spills, electrical surges, or unauthorized third-party repairs.

Data Loss & Liability Disclaimer

We do not provide data transfer services, nor do we retain client data during service procedures.

No Liability for Data Loss: We hold zero liability for any loss, corruption, or destruction of personal data, software, or files stored on the device during testing, warranty repairs, or return processing.
