Once the relevant technical department receives your order, the floor manager assigns it to our skilled technicians. Your chosen desktop or laptop is thoroughly inspected for any external damages, ensuring it meets our A-grade quality standards to deliver a pristine, like-new machine.

Quality Control
We conduct a deep inspection of all hardware components, from the motherboard and screen to every port and connection. No detail is overlooked to guarantee optimal performance.

Refurbishment
Our technicians get to work, upgrading components such as RAM and storage (primarily with high-speed SSDs), and installing your Windows operating system.

Final Inspection

Clean Up and Packaging
For any desktops with minor body imperfections, we apply a protective coating to restore a flawless, like-new appearance. Your device is then meticulously cleaned and securely packaged using industry-standard safety materials to protect it during transit.

Delivery
Your order is transferred to the dispatch department, along with your details and tracking information from the lead time team. We then hand it off to our trusted courier service, and you'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if we've previously communicated there).
